This week I am taking a break from posting a full-length post. I write about prioritizing self-care, and today, I will listen to my own wisdom. As you prioritize the care and feeding of your own self, consider these options:

Take a break – one less blog in this world isn’t going to hurt anyone. 

Be with your friend.  

Take a walk and breathe. 

When you are ready, revise your plans. 

Know that you are capable of amazing things.
